REGISTRATION
All in all, at most 56 teams can participate the tournament at different levels (female teams: Levels B+, B- and C | male teams: Levels A, B+, B- and C).

Registration deadline: 15.09.2010
Soon after your registration we will let you know whether you are directly admitted to the tournament or, in case of too many participants, that you have been put on our waiting list. If you are admitted the admission fees have to be transferred to our bank account within 14 days. If you miss this deadline a team on the waiting list will be the lucky one.
Admission fees:
- Participants: 35 | 45 € (without | including Brunch)
- Companions: 25 | 35 € (without | including Brunch)
- Hosted housing: 5 € per person
Included in the price are:
- Food during the tournament
- Free entrance for the Saturday party
- "Goodbye brunch" on Sunday and hosted housing, if required
Terms of payment:
- Payment is 14 days from delivery of the official confirmation email. If the money is not received on our bank account within this time limit, we will assign your place to a team on the waiting list.
- If you transfer the admission fees from abroad you will be responsible for paying for any bank transfer fees.
- Upon payment, the application is binding. Refund of the admission fees or even individual bookings (brunch, hosted housing) is not possible.
- The online form can be sent only after giving at least six players. If a team still wants to register with fewer players first, then it is possible to fill the missing fields with 'noname' players. The resulting total and the payment terms, however, are mandatory (see above). - If someone is found within the registration time, a subsequent nomination to these 'free' places is no problem - just send an e-mail to: registration (a) goldelsencup.de.
